HF Patch does not contain the full game, expansions or any other paid content. It is made to be as simple as possible to install and use, so that you can just Have Fun with the game instead of hunting for updates and mods by yourself :) HF Patch is an unofficial patch for 3D eroges (mostly made by Illusion) that includes game patches, fan-made English translations and essential mods.
